Whether you are looking for a leisurely ride on some of the regions best rail trails, or are wishing to weave your way along the recently opened Rutherglen wine trail, or perhaps want to have a more gruelling work out on our outstanding gravel circuits, we at Mortimer's Lodge provide some complimentary features when you stay.

Storage
We have external secure storage for up to four bicycles, and you can also use the undercover 'Humpy' in the rear garden to protect against the elements. Other equipment can be stored internally in the Cellar Door Room at the rear.
There is also external power for re-charging e-bikes, both at the rear of the cottage or in the undercover 'Humpy'.
Repairs
Nothing ever goes smoothly, does it ? But at Mortimer's Lodge, we cater for that too. There is a professional bicycle repair stand, floor pump, spare parts and tool kits available for you. Let's hope you don't need them, but you just never know...
You can also wash down your bicycles after a hard day's ride at the two hosepipe stations, and the outdoor camp kitchen area provides some comfort and hot water to wash up too.
